We take a comprehensive look at your symptoms, health history, lifestyle and previous lab results to better understand what may be contributing to how you're feeling.

Testing when appropriate
When appropriate, additional laboratory testing may be ordered and treatment options discussed, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

An individualized plan
Your treatment plan may include prescription therapy, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, supplements and ongoing monitoring, with follow-up visits to adjust as your needs change.

Her approach brings hormone health, medical weight care, metabolism and healthy aging into one conversation. Her goal is to help you feel heard, understand your options and take the next step with a plan tailored to you.

Common questions
Do I need lab work before my first visit?
No. Bring any previous lab results you have. Shea will review them and, when appropriate, order additional testing.
Will I be prescribed hormone therapy?
Not automatically. Hormone replacement therapy is one option that may be discussed. Any treatment depends on your evaluation, health history and what is clinically appropriate for you.
Can I be seen by telehealth?
Yes, if you are physically located in Pennsylvania at the time of your visit. Initial and follow-up hormone visits are offered both in the office and by telehealth.
Who can book a hormone follow-up?
Follow-up visits are for patients who have already been seen by Shea.
